Shipments and returns
For critical rush orders please communicate your deadline to us when you place your order. Packages are generally shipped on the first business day available after the transaction, but processing time could take as much as 3 to 5 business days.
We will happily accept returns. Authorized Domestic and International Returns must be shipped to us within one week after receipt by the customer. Please send us an email to let us know which item(s) you are returning, why, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. We are not responsible for items damaged during the return shipment and recommend appropriate insurance.
