Artsfish Studio provides independent professional instruction and creative services to an international clientele.
These terms apply to all services provided by Artsfish Studio.
Services
Private Instruction
Individual sessions may include:
• English language instruction
• Art instruction
• Writing and public speaking
• Science, geography, and core academic subjects (for fluent students)
• Personalized targeted programs based on each student’s needs
Services are delivered internationally.
Format
• Private individual sessions
• Delivered online or by agreement
• Session length: 55–80 minutes (or as arranged)
Pricing
Individual sessions: €50–€80 per session, depending on duration and specialization.
Intensive programs may be offered during summer and holiday periods by agreement.
Prices are communicated clearly before payment is requested.
Classes are limited based on availability.

Services are arranged by direct agreement.
Billing & Payment
Services are billed:
• Monthly in advance, or
• Shortly after delivery
No automatic recurring charges are applied without explicit agreement.
Payments are requested via invoice.
Payments are processed via Wise Europe SA for card transactions.
Delivery Policy (Services)
Services are delivered within the agreed timeframe following scheduling and invoicing.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Completed sessions are non-refundable.
• Missed sessions without notice may be charged.
• In extenuating circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled.
• Unused sessions for continuing students carry forward as credit.
• If a student discontinues with proper notice, unused prepaid fees are refunded.
If the instructor must cancel due to emergency, alternative times are offered.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Where applicable under EU consumer law, statutory withdrawal rights apply.
For services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided the client has agreed to service commencement.

Artsfish Studio processes personal data only as necessary to provide services and conduct normal business operations.

Payment data is processed by Wise Europe SA as an independent data controller according to its own privacy policies.
